Ihre Aufgaben

Support des Investment Teams: Valuation Analyse, DCF Modelle entwickeln, Benchmarks am Markt eruieren
Erstellen von Konzepten für u.a. Senior Living, Betreutes Wohnen in Deutschland und Europa
Research Arbeit über das aktuelle deutsche und europäische Investmentumfeld
Mitarbeit an Entscheidungsvorlagen für Livetransaktionen (Investment Memoranden, Business Pläne, Marktresearch, DCF-Modelle)
Monitoring von aktuellen Marktneuigkeiten
Direkte Berichtslinie zum Senior Management

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über einige Semester der Betriebswirtschaft, des/der Immobilienmanagements/ Immobilienwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Sie überzeugen durch erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transaktion, Real Estate, Finance und/oder Investment.
Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, präzise, strukturiert und leistungsorientiert.
Sie sind tatkräftig, haben unternehmerisches Denken und sind offen für neue Ideen.
Ihr professionelles, sympathisches und seriöses Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern und Kollegen ist geprägt von Integrität, diplomatischem Geschick und Empathie.
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch & MS-Office Kenntnisse.

Your mission

Support of the investment team: Valuation analysis, DCF model development, market benchmarking
Development of concepts for senior living, assisted living, etc. in Germany and Europe
Research work on the current German and European investment environment
Collaboration on decision documents for live transactions (investment memoranda, business plans, market research, DCF models)
Monitoring of current market news
Direct reporting line to senior management

Your profile

You have a few semesters of business administration, real estate management/real estate economics or a comparable course of study.
You convince with first practical work experience in the field of transaction, real estate, finance and/or investment.
You work independently, precisely, structured and performance-oriented.
You are energetic, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are open to new ideas.
Your professional, friendly and serious appearance towards business partners and colleagues is characterized by integrity, diplomatic skills and empathy.
You have very good German, English & MS-Office skills.
